Keyboard
The
UNO Keyboard Program is one of the most vital parts of the Department
of Music at the University. Keyboard students emphasize either performance
or music education tracks. An exceptional and active artist-faculty
offers a broad range of instruction in keyboard arts. Weekly master
classes and recitals provide virtually unlimited performing opportunities
for students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. A variety
of guest master classes are presented throughout the year to provide
additional professional advice and exposure.
A Casavant pipe organ located in the Strauss Recital Hall is also available
for students desiring opportunities in organ experiences.
